99 Adelaide st is a modern 14 townhouse complex located in the heart of Carina on the South Side of Brisbane. As one of Grande Constructions pioneering projects. W ith unstable ground and over land flow it was no normal building. To combat poor quality soil it was necessary to use driven timber piles in the foundations of this building, as there is very few way to build on such unstable ground.

Constructed at 34 park st Coorparoo, Casa D\'amore is a state of the art, new generation Aged Care Facililty. Grande Constructions played a major role in the construction of this 105 unit high quality facility. The involvement in this project included all stages from planning with the developer and council submisson until final clean and hand over to the client.
